CREDIT TERMS: PAYMENT FOR ALL PURCHASES ARE DUE ON THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH FOLLOWING THE MONTH OF PURCHASE. IF AN ACCOUNT BECOMES DELINQUENT, INTEREST WILL BE ADDED AT A RATE OF 1-1/2PER ANNUM TO THE DELINQUENT ACCOUNT BALANCE FOR EACH MONTH THAT A DELINQUENT BALANCE REMAINS DUE AND OWING. IF IT BECOMES NESSARY TO INSTITUTE COLLECTION PROCEEDING ON ANY PAST DUE ACCOUNT, COSTUMER AGREES TO PAY ALL COSTS OF COLLECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COLLECTION AGENCY FEES AND/OR REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES. UPON NOTICE TO BUYER, MCGREGOR HARDWARE, INC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE THE CREDIT TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND TO WITHHOLD DELIVERY EXCEPT FOR CASH IF MCGREGOR HARDWARE, INC DEEMS SUCH ACTION NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE TO ASSURE ITS RIGHT TO PAYMENT FROM THE CUSTOMER.

By signing this agreement, customer agrees to allow McGregor Hardware, Inc its agents and/or employees to make reasonable credit inquires concerning costumer’s credit and consents to the disclosure of any such information by any person with whom customer may have financial relations.
